Job Summary:
Roxana Home Care is looking for an entrepreneurial Marketing Professional to drive growth and expand our outreach. This role involves developing strong partnerships across healthcare facilities and community organizations, managing marketing initiatives, and representing our brand at industry events.

Responsibilities:
● Build and maintain relationships through regular outreach such as calls, emails, and
in-person visits to clinics, nursing homes, and law firms.
● Lead the creation and distribution of marketing materials, manage digital platforms
including our website and social media, and track the effectiveness of various marketing
campaigns.
● Organize and participate in industry events to showcase our commitment to quality home
care, enhancing our visibility and network.
● Perform daily lead generation activities and maintain meticulous follow-up
communications to nurture potential partnerships.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a related role, preferably in
healthcare or related sectors.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with
various stakeholders.
● Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position based out of our San Leandro hub. The successful candidate will be
expected to be on-site two days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.
